Delivery Policy – Value Gold Ltd (UK)

All product deliveries are carried out in accordance with Value Gold Ltd’s official delivery schedule. While we always aim to meet requested time windows, we cannot guarantee delivery exactly at the customer’s preferred time.
Deliveries are made within the United Kingdom to the address provided when the account is created or when placing the order.
Customer Responsibility
The customer must ensure an authorised person is present to receive and sign for the goods. If no one is available, Value Gold Ltd may return goods to our warehouse or reschedule delivery (additional charges may apply).
All delivery locations must comply with Health & Safety. If access is unsafe or blocked (e.g. restricted access, unsafe flooring, poor lighting), delivery to the required area may not be completed.
Failed or Refused Deliveries
If the customer refuses delivery, provides insufficient instructions, or is unavailable:
- Value Gold Ltd may return or store the goods as deemed appropriate.
- The customer may still be charged for the order.
- The customer must contact us to arrange options such as re-delivery or warehouse collection.
